Overtime Magic: Kemp Does it Again

The Edmonton Oil Kings had the tall task of facing a new-look Regina Pats team Wednesday night after the Pats finished trade deadline day with a haul of players.

Edmonton, in its first game post-Davis Koch, looked sharp as they erased an early 2-0 Pats lead thanks to a pair of goals from Captain Colton Kehler and one from Trey Fix-Wolansky sending the game to overtime where Mr. Overtime, Brett Kemp, finished a 2-on-1 with Trey Fix-Wolansky giving the Oil Kings their second straight overtime win.
