LAST GAME:  Last night the Oil Kings snapped their 12-game losing streak with a 4-1 win over the visiting Prince Albert Raiders in front of a sold-out crowd of 18,102 for Teddy Bear Toss.

TEDDY BEAR TOSS RECORD:  Last night was the annual Teddy Bear Toss game, which saw a record 14,122 bears thrown on the ice after Davis Koch scored the opening goal 67 seconds in.

OIL KINGS VS. HURRICANES:  Tonight’s matchup is the third meeting this season with each club holding a 1-1 record. Colton Kehler leads the Oil Kings in scoring vs the Canes with 4 points in 2 games.

FIRST WHL POINT: Forward Carter Souch is here this weekend for both games. The 16-year-old played his first two WHL games with Edmonton this past week and last night notches his first career WHL point with an assist.
